Winter is upon us, so it is time to take of ourselves and our kids.

Remember to eat good, healthy foods, drink water and juices, get plenty of sleep and enjoy the outdoors!

Hopefully most of you have gotten the seasonal and/or H1N1 flu shots. Always "sneeze into your sleeve", use hand sanitizer frequently, and clean doorknobs and other frequently used household items.

Simple steps are often the best defense against illness.
